I think Christian has been back for a year or so.
Also, officially added: Vince McMahon v. Bret Hart ~! Not sure how I feel about this one. I don't think Hart can really do much anymore. I expect a brawl with little to no real bumps at all. Still, it should be a spectacle. Seems like Wrestlemania is turning into the Vince McMahon v. disgruntled former stars show nowadays.
Ha, really eh! lol Like an endless story loop.
I caught a rerun of a Hulk Hogan interview from a few months back (when he signed with TNA), and he said he was asked to come back for this years Wrestlemania, but said he didn't want to end up in the same story as it always is. Hogan comes back - fans happy- Vince turns on him - main event - end of contract... Pretty much what Bret is involved in, and like you said, its the Vince Vs disgruntled former employee angle that seems to surface every year about this time.
In my opinion the death of the WWE was when Vince bought the WCW. That ended all competition and led to stagnation. Maybe TNA can get enough momentum behind them to force Vince to put more effort into his product. Sure TNA is full of dinosaurs and no-namers, but so was WCW when the Monday night wars began.
