I don't know if it's because it followed LOST and in comparison it was shit but I really didn't enjoy return episode. I think with the first four episodes I was trying really hard to give it a chance but I may be done with it.

The time off won't kill the show, the writers will. The dialog is absolutely horrid. There were a few scenes that were so bad that I almost turned the tv off.

My problem isn't that it's a remake but that it's a shitty remake. I haven't decided if I'm going to give it another chance. At this point I would say no.

The obnoxious teenage son from V was on C2C on Friday. I haven't listened to it yet, but I guess he is a big Coast fan. He did say that they will cover a bunch of C2C stuff on the show, including cattle mutilations and MIBs.

How freaking good is the show right now???!!!

I am loving it. Sure I'd change a few things about the resistance, or the fact Erica is never at work, but overall I dig it.

I just wish John May was still alive, I really like the guy who played him Michael Trucco from the BSG days.

The latest twist having the govt. go after 5th column like a terrorist cell by committing hate crimes on their own people was great.

Thankfully the ratings really went up for the last show.

V is great, man. C'mon RSS!

It reminds me of a bumper sticker I saw last year:
"Come to the dark side ...
we have cookies"

I've been to the dark side, they lied about the cookies.

I've been enjoying V, but it still feels a little too disjointed.

I'm still waiting (and hoping for), the outright obviousness of the V's invasion instead of this cutesy sneaking around 5th column thing.

Still, I'm liking it quite a bit, all things considered. It's still on the renewal bubble, but I'm hoping it gets picked up for a 2nd season, because they will probably be able to make a big improvement on things next year.

Alas, it still feels rushed with shit being shoehorned in all over the place.

I place the blame with ABC cutting back the show order.

I meant "new Lost" in the sense that that is probably how ABC will treat it.

I was thinking last night that, the twist for next season is that they should introduce the President as a character. But make him unseen for a while, just spoken of. Then when he is finally revealed, it is ... Michael Emerson (aka Ben Linus).

In other words, this show needs more Lost alumni.
