I haven't had the time to update this thread this whole last round. In fact I didn't have time to watch any of the games either. I watched the first game of the Flayers/Habs series and that's about it.

I did see a bit of the game last night. Montreal has finally been sent home. I loved that the Flyers fans were singing that stupid 'ole ole' song they love love to sing in Montreal when the Canadians are winning a game. It was a nice verbal bitchslap for being duchebags lmao.

The Cup finals will be good. I definitely think Chicago will take the cup home this year.

Yeah, unless Campbell decides to go on a minus streak, which he has been known to do.

LOL, you do bring up a valid point.

I picked Montreal in the last series based only on their run in the first 2 rounds, however, they were eliminated due to my reasoning as to why I had originally pegged them to get tossed in the first round. Once they met a team that played a real physical game, a.k.a. the Flyers, they were fucked lol. Chicago on the other hand have shown that they are also a physically strong team, so they will not get over whelmed by the Flyers style. Chicago also has more offensive talent, both pure skill, as well as dirty rough net presence.

Neither team has star goaltending, rather decent goalies that have played really well so far. Chicago though I think has the advantage as their goalie (I know his name, just don't want to attempt to spell it ) has played more games in these play offs than Leighton has. Leighton also faced an offensively impotent Montreal team. He may have a way different experience this time around.

I will give the Flyers some credit where it's due. Pronger played his ass off, and for a change didn't get himself suspended. Although there is still time for that. (I did manage to watch bits and pieces of that series)

I think little Patty Kane is going to get to know Pronger's elbow real well.

LOL ya dude.

I can see Pronger throwing a few elbows to Kane's head just because of his haircut alone. I maintain that he must have lost a bet or something (maybe from the Olympics with some of his Canadian team mates?) There is no way someone grows a hockey hair mullet like that with vanilla ice lines shaved into the sides on purpose lmao.... Well maybe Jager back in the day, but other than that, there is no way lmao. All that kid needs now is a Lanny McDonald moustache and a nice hockey smile, and he will be the ultimate player
