Died on Tuesday at the age of 58. No other details of his passing at this time.

Such a fantastic performer. He was awesome down in Texas as Percy Pringle, finally got a shot at the big time in WWF and was huge and then had a whole re-birth during the attitude era once they broke him away from 'Taker and had him managing Mankind and Kane. He will be greatly missed.

Here's a great look back at the huge storylines he was a part of in WWE:

I didn't fully appreciate Pringle until I heard an interview with him where he discussed his career. You could tell from the interview just how much he got out if the wrestling biz. Obviously I'm not a big fan of the attitude era, but I hope the wwe and taker give him a full tribute in the next week. He definitely got more out of his running the wwe than the other territories be worked in.

But one of those territories best sums him up: World Class.

Rumour has it that there is already a big push, internally, to induct him into this year's HoF class. I'm all for it. They likely had been waiting for Taker to retire to induct them together, but it seems like now is the right time to honor him, since his death got a surprising about of mainstream pub.
