Egads. With the launch of 2.0 + a surge in traffic this month, BoA has exceeded our traffic limit for June.

I'm already in touch w. our webhost, working on a solution and hope to have things back up and running in no more than 24 hours.

I guess I shouldn't have been posting the link with promises of free nude pics of Richard Hoagland and Linda Moultan Howe.

We've fixed all the tech issues. Upgraded BoA to unlimited traffic from here on out, so this won't happen again, I hope.

Right now, we've got a placeholder page up @ BoA, since I've got to re-publish the whole site, which should take a few hours and I'm still working on BoA:Audio.

Anyway, BoA should be back up, completely, by the end of the night.

I was wondering what was up with that last night. I thought maybe something was being added to the site as I was trying to access it. I didn't realize we had blown up the internet lmao.

Working on re-publishing the website now. Given how many pages & images there are, this could be an all-night project, but we're hoping to get everything back up and running in a few hours.

Much of the delay was finishing this week's BoA:Audio, which, as you can see from the homepage, is online now.

As you can see, BoA is back up and running.

Unfortunately, when it rains, it pours, since we also blew out our web hosts' servers for the MP3 files and they are saying that they won't unlock our MP3 folder (@ binnallofamericaaudio.com) until we come up with some sort of compromise or I leave and go to a dedicated server service. So ... we'll see what happens there. That may not get resolved for a few weeks.

For the record, they tell me that BoA:Audio downloads for the month of June are over 700 gigabytes !! As such, our traffic is taking down their whole network. As I said to the tech guy today on the phone, "wow, I'm happy about those numbers, but I can see why you are pissed."

700 GB for the month of June alone? And there is still a week to go. HOLY SHIT DUDE!!

That's insane. I would love to see the numbers as to what shows were being listened to at what times. Does that number include the flash player steaming too? I guess it would eh? My guess is somewhere in the range of 15,000 - 20,000 downloads in 3 weeks. I could be way off, as I am mathematically retarded.
