Despite rumors to the contrary, the game will still be released around October this year.

A company working for WWE just put out a casting call looking to film something that involves an orchestra and a man who can pass, under facepaint, for Sting! It is believed that Sting is the 'bonus character' like Warrior, Lesnar, and Tyson were in previous years' games.

Not sure if this means we'll see a Monday Night Wars or WCW themed game this year or what.

I was worried about the release date for a little while there. Having Sting in the game would be huge. I'm anxious to see which legends they have this year.

I heard Jim Ross say on Steve Austin's podcast that Sting will be in the new game. Sweet!

It's official: Sting is the pre-order DLC character in WWE2K15. Two versions of Sting, in fact, the Monday Night War 'Crow' Sting and the 1980's 'surfer' Sting, which I always preferred.

I saw the roster but I noticed only a few legends, are they announcing them at a later date?

I think so. The roster looks kind of lousy at this point.

I think they are doing 'rivalry mode' this year instead of the Attitude Era / WrestleMania thing they did the last two years. Since next year is the 20th anniversary of the Monday Night Wars, I'm hoping they do that one next year.

I think I'm gonna skip buying this years game. With the transition to the new console I don't think I wanna spend 60$ on a game for the 360.

Yeah, I am thinking of skipping it too. Not really that jazzed about it this year. Plus last year's version had every legend imaginable, pretty much, so it's tough to really top that and this year looks like a downgrade because of it.

I'm skipping out on WWE2K15. Aside from Sting, there is nobody in the game that I'm that interested in playing as and, since I have a PS3, all the fun modes seem to not be included for po' folks like me.

I'll probably wait like 6 months and then the game should be 1/2 the price and might pick it up then.

If they come back with something awesome for 2K16, I'll be back onboard, but I'm skeptical that they will. Now that Sting is on board, I'll push, again, for a Monday Night Wars theme next year. That will get me to pick up the game.

I'm skipping too. The only reason I'd buy is for the career mode and that's only for the new gen consoles. Kinda disappointed in this years game.
