I was a bit later to the video game age due to my age, but I was able to get in on some arcade action before the scene degraded into nothing but light-gun games and DDR.

My favorite was Mortal Kombat 3. I was terrible at it in the arcade, but bringing along an issue of Game Informer with all the Fatalities and trying to pull them off was good fun.

Any of the Classic Capcom four player games: Simpsons, TMNT, X-Men, Spider-Man, Cpt. America and the Avengers.

Or WWF Wrestlefest. I loved that game so much I bought a stand up arcade cabinet of it with part of my Student Aid in College.

I've recently gotten re-addicted to the old school arcade games. For those of you who might be interested, www.1980-games.com has a ton of them, as well as an online Nintendo emulator that has nearly every game ever realeased. I've spent much of my free-time this semester on this website.

I have to agree that Galaxian is great, but 1943 and Rush'n Attack wound up eating more of my quarters in the long run, so I guess I would have to pick one of the 2. If one hasn't played it in awhile, it is surprising how difficult a game Ms. Pacman is...
