pizza.

weird dream that started out with me talking to a coworker on the phone. i couldn't find a pen, suddenly i was in my old house, looking around for a pen. when i got a pen, then i didn't have anything to write on. i'd lost the piece of paper i started out with.

then i went downstairs through a doorway that didn't exist. when I went to close the door, the handle on the door was really lose. i was bitching about the door being messed up. then my vile sister showed up and started fixing the door and i told her it's a good thing she fixed the door because I would have never bothered to use that door again.

then the dream ended with me flying around my current neighborhood. i was able to fly and there were slight variations to all of houses on my block, like they were boarded up or fortified. then i went high up, almost like a I was looking at a map of michigan, but then when i flew back down i was i more of a grand canyon type environment and i was checking out the different rock formations as I flew around. then i ended up landing and when I went to take off again, i couldn't fly anymore.

this one was straight out of Twilight Zone show. I wouldn't doubt it it was some variation of an episode actually.

but I spent a long time talking to my mom in this dream, and that's always a good thing. (at least until the crazy ending)

So I'm sitting around the backyard with family. it's apparently my 21st birthday. (which i spent getting drunk with friends in THIS life).
it dawns on my as I'm blowing out the candles that i actually remember THIS life. so I'm suddenly comparing everything that's different in the other dream life. there are mild differences (i discover my favorite boss never left his home state, for example). there are extreme differences -- my bedroom is completely different. things like i pods don't exist. i'm told we don't have grass anymore in our backyard, etc.

i get a radio as my big birthday present. it's a cheap little radio, but in this dream world radio's are super expensive. no ipods or anything like that. just little radios.

then it dawns on me that at 21,i'm able to talk to my mom, but i remember that in the other life, she dies. so I start to talk to her about her life and her future and eventually tell her how I'm remembering this past life of mine. she laughs it off and tells me it was probably just a dream .
she tells me we only have one life.

i get up from table and tell her she's wrong, that i know am remembering a second life I've already lived.

then, like a twilight zone episode, the perspective changes to her. and I hear her talking to herself, saying that he's lucky the biggest difference between the two lives is that radios are more expensive. then she says in her previous life that she remembers, we'd have to hunt rats just to eat.

and then I woke up.

turkey burgers caused one of the most bizarre dreams ever: shopping for a couch. the whole dream consisted of a normal trip to a furniture store looking to buy a couch.

and lemme tell ya, I was in that furniture store for a long, long time.

at one point, I said 'how many more is this fucking salesman going to try and show me.'

I finally settled on a nice leather couch and then had to stand around and wait for salesman to come back up to register with the bill.

i was walking out ofthe store when I woke up.

it's been a few months since I had a nightmare that caused me to wake up screaming.

Thanks to my friend's rice pilaf, which I haven't had in ages, I had an epic series of dreams over the course of the night, that ended with a waking mummy.

in one dream, I was a time traveler in a car and was getting help from someone to get back to my time before something bad happened, when someone in another car figured out I was a time traveler and purposely wrecked me so I couldn't return home. then i woke up.
(since this dream ended with a bang and woke me up, i scribbled it down real quick).

then I was on some kind of SNL-type show. they did a really good show and Dwayne and Raj from the show What's Happening were two of the creative forces behind the show, along with this older woman who i couldn't really identify.

During a post-show interview, she was really mean to her grandchild, who I also did not recognize. this triggered some flashback of her in the water at some summer time vacation lake and her not really paying attention and a baby going underwater for about five seconds too long. then i woke up from that dream. (i don't swim, so that dream freaked me out a bit and coming off the car crash dream, i figured I better scribble that down).

then comes the nightmare dream.
I'm in an upstairs bedroom and somehow i discover the remains of mummy. the wraps of the mummy around the eyes are loose and the only distinguishable feature i can make out is a bit of blue around the shut eyes.
i decide to go to bed, but then decide that going to sleep next to a mummy probably isn't a good idea. so i go downstairs and danny devito is talking to don rickles about showbiz and and making some kind of peanut butter and chocolate dessert. they leave and I decide I'm going to make the same dessert. as I finish making this, I hear my dog growling by the stairs. as I get to the edge of the stairs i see the wrapped hands of the mummy sticking straight out walking coming down.
as I'd just taken a bite of the dessert, the peanut butter caused my mouth to stick shut and i couldn't scream for help as it reached the bottom of the stairs. then i woke up screaming.

Had a dream I was working to prepare for the opening of a new school. I was helping to prepare for the school as it recovered from some really bad stuff had gone down -- there was talk of ghosts but i never expereinced anything in my dream about them. Just hearing from other people why the school had to be closed and had to be renovated before it reopened.

Then I enter into one particular section of the school and it is was the set from Facts of Life. And the new head of the school is telling me to help remove the big table that they used to sit at all the time for so many scenes.

And I'm saying, hey, if your'e throwing this out can I have it? And the guy is telling me no, he already sold it to somebody.

Then a college football team arrives shortly after that. And one guy comes through ducking his head through the doorway as he's carried on the shoulders of another player. the guy being carried is apparently the leader of the team and he has dyed his hair red and is also wearing a fireman's helmet.

Then I woke up.

Wow you sure have a lot of crazy ass dreams. I usually can't remember my dreams, if I do remember it's only little fragments. Would you rather remember your dreams or forget them as soon as you wake up?

Had some Hoffman's salami before bed last night. Won't do that again.

Six nightmares. SIX. Some Amityville horror type stuff. I kept waking up and going right back into the same dream over and over and over and over again.

Was trying to protect some kid from a ghost. One of the dreams, it was important not to fall asleep -- a la Nightmare on Elm Street. Someone fell asleep on an exercise bike and got butchered.

Pretty ridiculous multiFacted dream tonight,

The locale was my old choldhood neighborhood for most of the dream.

I was checking in on a neighbors house. They were out of town. Their house had become overrun by some kind of feline sickness. But, I was discovering that the people who were supposed to be monitoring the cats had jut been stuffing the cats in cages and leaving them out in the backyard. This created a
Zombie like army of cats in cages, with the adults getting infected if the cats clawed at them through the cages.

Then the neighbors return home, and as I'm trying to take them through the home to show them, one of the women dies. It's kind of freaks me out and I go running out the front door to discover...

A sleepy hollow like killer is running rampant in the neighborhood. I return home to discover several people stockpiling guns. At one point there's a brief encounter with the villain, but I slip away and run back through another home.

This leads to me walking past a field where folks have discovered a buried "treasure" of old 70s toys. Only to discover that a toy gun with rat a tat sounds has some crazy affect on our said villain and is men. It's turns into a brief skirmish where the 70s weapons/toys with sound effect effectiveness help us to a quick victory.

I return home and as waiting for phase two of the battle when I discover most if my neighbors outside their homes with gigantic fireworks displays. They are apparently celebrating a battle win, and I'm thinking they are nuts with an impending war still to fight,
I'm convinced all the fireworks will jut bring back h villains but nobody seems to care.

Then I start noticing various cars, including police cruisers slowly driving by the windows of my sister'house. In the process of telling family members about the strange occurrence. I awake.

Epic nightmare dream tonight.

Fading from memory quickly but I remember being at my uncles house and arguing about the quality of the pillows. Silly right? Then I quit arguing and went downstairs.

I was downstairs alone hearing noises. When I'd look outside it was like a fog, or so I thought at first.

This happened a couple times. Other people acting strange and people talking about them and when we looked out wesaw fog.

I kept seeing the fog and it got to a point I decided to actually open the front ]door and discovered it wasn't a fog . It was like a cover on the windows. And the latest person that folks had been complaining about was running around the yard in this daze and was just out of reach of me.

After a few minutes trying to catch them, others came out of the house and when enough of us were out there I realized the peron was being controlled by this crazy game where they were trying to win crazy prizes. The game was being controlled by three people/aliens. As soon as I grabbed the person I'd been chasing I saw the game he was playing and the aliens and then woke up screaming.

Now, the wild part is that my elderly father is hard of hearing and ill sometimes yell up to him to wake up from downstairs door. I have to yell 3-4 times before hell wake up. He said he heard me yelling from upstairs and came down to find me sitting up in bed yelling while I was having dream. He said I was saying hey hey repeatedly and then oh no just before I woke up. So for him to hear me, I must have been screaming really loud.

btw, no alcohol consumed. This one courtesy of pizza rolls.

Had a series of shifting dreams tonight in one sleep ending with a ghost nightmare.

First sequence I remember seeing an old boss and asking him about a boxing match. We walk into a room and I'm thinking were going to see more fights. Then I walk to middle of a crowded room and am notified that I will be fighting next. Boxing, I say? The opponent says, no karate. As the match begins, the dream shifts...

I'm back at a friends house. Ask my friends mom if friend is home. She says any minute. Start playing pool and eventually come upstairs and ask where he is. Hours have apparently passed and she laughs and says he is undependable and I was foolish for waiting for him. Then I call him on his cell and he's riding on the top of a train, apologizing that he hopped the wrong one and went in the opposite direction.

Dream shifts to a weird den. Lots of old things in this den. I'm looking around. I note to myself I haven't had much sleep. I try to sleep n different spots, a chair, at the top of a stair case and nothing works. I look around room and find a small white dress. It has writing on it. Then I realize it is to summon the ghost of girl who was killed accidentally by her father. I start freaking out that I'm in a haunted house. Walk into another room and see my dad. He tells me I haven't slept in over 48 hours

s I attempt to sit, it is like the room is spinning .then I see the girl and her father coming at me and I wake up yelling.

This is pretty weird.....I just came on here to type in a dream I just had. I fell asleep, listening to the latest boa....and when I saw there was an update on thiswhen I logged in from aligater I got chills. A coincidence, I'm sure, but still weird.

I had a dream that something was chasing after me. It had come close to getting me a couple times, but I'd escaped. I was laying down in my house when I heard a lot lf noise outside. I go out and it's really dark. I see a car barreling down the road, and I kind of feel like I'm daring
This thing to try to get me so I stand In The road until the last second, and pull back to safety. Next thing I know the car is next to me and I kind of see a dark figure at the wheel. I'm thinking, that looks like an alien...then I thought no it looks kind of like one of those commericals where the cockroach
drives past the orkin man.

So I'm not really scared at this point, but I realize, I'm dreaming this. And I want to wake up. So I start trying to wake up, yell and nothing is happening. Then I finally wake up and I'm in another dream where I just woke up and my parents are asking me why I have a bloody nose, and then I sscream and wake up for real.
