on C2Cam. there's an interview about this over at the Common Sense Show. http://thecommonsenseshow.com/2013/10/0 ... n-b-wells/

Hope this doesn't create too much conflict of interest for Tim as C2C webmaster, but then Tim is at the top of the paranormal radio game, in fact my friend John and I were just saying today that Tim is THE game changer in this arena.

If C2C has any broadcast sense at all they would beg Tim to do some hosting for them. His ability to conduct an intelligent interview is evident in his body of work residing on this site. Of course, GN would probably feel threatened and not allow it. I've listened to Coast since the late 90's and the last couple of years the Mon-Fri shows for the most part have been hard to stomach. When JBW was brought on board with the departure of Ian and paired with G. Knapp on the weekends it made the weekends the must listen to shows of the week. I liked IP and thought he was better prepped for doing an interview but put it down to he had time to read the guests book and had some questions ready. And the ability to delve into the subject at hand. But at times he seemed to like to hear himself talk more than the guest. Maybe with the tinnitus he was distracted. With GN it's almost like he doesn't have a clue. I cringe when he asks a ? that the guest has already answered or shows he evidently has no concept of the topic they have been discussing for the last hour or two. Either the corporate hacks in charge like GN doing their commercial whoring for them or they just want to appeal the lowest common denominator of listeners. With the introduction of Dark Matter network and the possibility of Art coming back on the air I feel C2C better figure out what they are doing wrong or they will be all looking for new employment. Come to think of it, maybe buying a ticket on C2C Titanic isn't a smart career move. Love your work Tim, and best wishes
Hillbilly

Tim, you have an uncanny ability to develop, very quickly, a close personal rapport with your guests, not just the ones you know well, but new ones as well regardless of personality. there is also a freedom of expression that is absent on other shows that colors your show very nicely. Nothing is forbidden, yet it never decays into excessive obscenity or vulgarity. It's all just very good intelligent adult conversation. You're also willing to throw out your playbook when the guest warrants.

You don't have John B's silken voice, but your interviews are damn good and cover a breadth (including skepticism) absent from other shows in the same sector. You have a genuineness, modesty and complete absence of condescension that's hard to find. and it's all natural, uncultivated and unconscious.

Keep up the good work!

I haven't been listening to C2C much lately. I just found out about John B Wells apparently being fired. What happened?

Between what happened with John B. Wells and all the stuff they've done to Art, I've given up on C2C.
