I'm about 2/3 of the way through Rick Strassman's DMT: The Spirit Molecule. It's about a series of clinical experiments with DMT performed at the University of New Mexico. There's a lot of interesting stuff here. He talks about all the hoops he had to jump through to even do the experiment. The best part, for me, is the descriptions of the experiences of the volunteers. Strassman makes a good case that DMT may play a role in NDEs and abduction experiences.
